Phil Jackson Hired By The Knicks

So I'm just wandering did anyone ever think that Phil Jackson the multi NBA title winning coach would ever be hired for the New York Knicks front office?
I'm wondering if every New York Knicks fan in the world jumped off of their couch, bed, computer chair, or just off of their feet when they heard on March 18, 2014 that Phil Jackson accepted the job during his press conference with the public.

With multiple NBA titles under his belt from both the Los Angeles Lakers and the Chicago Bulls along with the reputation of coaching some of the best players in the world Phil Jackson is the man throughout the NBA.

He is also known for his infamous triangle offense that has attributed to literally dethroning some of the top teams in the NBA as of to date. The question is can Carmelo Anthony and the rest of the New York Knicks adjust to the functionality and purpose of the triangle offense by next season?

Carmelo Anthony has already put it out there that he would only stay with the New York Knicks and even take a pay cut if they could bring more talent around him to help him bring home an NBA title next season. The only problem is, with players like Raymond Felton, J.R Smith, Iman Shumpert and Amare' Stoudemire still on the payroll for another two to three years the New York Knicks aren't able to make cap space for more talent.

Another problem for the Knicks is, no other team are interested in trading any of their players for Iman Shumpert, J.R Smith, Amare Stoudemire, or Raymond Felton so they are stuck like chuck with the lineup they have now. So all of us have no choice but to wait and see what Phil Jackson will do next to improve the chances of forward movement for the New York Knicks for next season.

My main question is does Phil Jackson plan on firing the current coach of the Knicks Mike Woodson? Or will Mike Woodson play a vital part in the whole rebuilding of the Knicks franchise? I guess we all just have to wait and see right?.
